I bought the Shark steam mop three weeks ago and I am very satisfied with the mop. It works great on my hardwood and tile floors.

This unit came as a “bonus” when we bought the Shark CarpetXPRT. Had never thought about these floor steam mops before
Where have we been? This little unit that uses only water (we use purified) is terrific on tile floors, and sealed hard wood.

Worst design ever. Shark keeps getting worse. You have to keep pushing in the rod to even get any steam which killed my back. It’s going back today.

I think this is the worst steam mop I have ever owned. I had high hopes for it as I am a shark fan in general. I don’t know what I should’ve expected at this price point, however, I felt like it should be better than it is. It takes me DOUBLE the time to mop because the steam is not consistent. I have 2 young children so this is absolutely frustrating. I had thrown away my O’cedar before I bought this one because I had high hopes for it. Wouldn’t purchase again, nor recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
