Mop heads don't pick up good

I purchased about 3 months ago and every time I use it I'm disappointed. Mop Heads do not pick up the dirt well. I always have to get a towel to get up the dirt.

I am returning this model. It feels too flimsy, fragile. Will repurchase the better model. I don't like the "pumping" feature, it feels like it's going to fall apart.

Not good if you have bad back or shoulder

Did not know you had to pump as you go with each stroke. Am planning to return for different model. But beware after you click internal connections you can never disassemble. I am 65 not weak, just herniated back pain. I would not want this for arm elbow or shoulder issues either. I thought about it while using it the one time. Not worth it.

Simple Clean: Gets the job done

Have to mention the packaging first. There was no plastic packaging which was amazing. Item was secured with cardboard and wrapped in a paper lining. Love that it was all recyclable.
This is a simple steam mop that gets the job done. Was looking for a simple light weight machine without a ton of bells and whistles that still gets the gunk off the floor and that's this machine for sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I HAVE USED THIS A FEW TIMES. ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM GETTING NO STEAM. YES IT HAS WATER .. YES IT IS ON.. I HAVE A FEELING THERE IS A DISCONNECT IN THE HOSE ALONG THE LINE.. GUESS IT GOES IN THE TRASH.. PIECE OF CRAP!!!

This one is adequate but doesn't start as fast as the old model. Sometimes you need a mop pad a little stiffer than the one that came with it.

I have had two of these one my Mother wanted because we love mine and now my Mother loves hers. It is perfect to get greasy stuff up or anything that is hard to get up the steam just somehow loosens the stuff and it wipes right up. My floors seem to smell so much better and feel so clean I use it everyday just to sanitize after everyone goes to bed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Steam mop

I love this steam mop. It works wonderful. It’s very lightweight and glides over the floor with ease. It uses a pump action on its tank that pushes out an excellent amount of steam. The big wide cleaning pad allows for plenty of floor coverage, making your mopping experience much easier and faster. I own many shark products and enjoy every one of them. I give this mop five stars and recommend it to everyone.
