It works way better than my last one. Since I’ve bought both my mop and vacuum my house is so much clearer. I don’t have to scrub my grout on my tile anymore. The steam mop dose it all. I tell everyone I know you need this.

I'm happy with the steamer. I just wish the steamer actually set off steam from a bottom on the handle rather than the forward motion. I love to see the steam coming out and I prefer to have the steam come out during both motions of forward and back motion while cleaning the floors. I also wish the water tank was larger and it came with more than 1 mop cloth. Other than that it works great and I'm happy with my purchase.

We purchased this a little over a month ago. We have used it several times, and overall this is a good product. It is easy to use, Very fast at heating the water to steam, and does an excellent job of cleaning our tile and wood floors. The only con I can give you is that the handle is far too flimsy. I am quite sure at some point It is going to break sooner probably than later, and I will have to come up with a more sturdy fix. Why shark would make such a wonderful steam mop and then go flimsy on the handle and pole is beyond me. I would of paid 10 bucks more for a thinker and sturdier handle no doubt about that. I can't help but wonder who makes these kind of decisions. To save what 2 or 3 bucks you decide to go with the cheaper thinner metal? It just doesnt make sense to me. This product would give your customers (US) a product that would last a long long time. That should be more important than selling it for 5 or 10 bucks cheaper. That is my 2 cents. I would highly recommend this product

Broke third time using it

I got this mop as a gift and was super excited to use it. The third time using the mop it broke. I heard a large pop sound and water started coming out of every area but the bottom steam area. I didn't use anything but water in the reservoir and did not fill it past the max line.

Great little steam cleaner that did an amazing job. The cord is really short though and had to plug it in to different outlets.

Bought this to avoid using chemicals with daily cleaning. Have used Shark steam mops at sons home. This model gives very little steam and minimally cleans floor. Very disappointed in this Shark product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for the price

This is my second steam mop. For the price it is, you can’t beat it. They just don’t last much more than two years tops. I’m on my third one. But it gets A LOT of use.
