This is the Best mop I have ever used. So easy to use. So easy to clean. It even cleans the grout on a tile floor. Made our floor look brand new. The triangle attachment works great for the bathrooms. Highly recommend this mop. We also have a shark vacuum and live it too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor steam

This is the second shark mop I have owned. This one does not work at all! My previous mop would leave me in a veritable cloud of steam. This mop does not steam at all and always has a wet and dirty mop odor even though my pad is clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works way better than my last one. Since I’ve bought both my mop and vacuum my house is so much clearer. I don’t have to scrub my grout on my tile anymore. The steam mop dose it all. I tell everyone I know you need this.

I don’t know how I managed without it...seriously the best! We have in floor heat and concrete floors and works like a charm! No residue, no film look. I think I’ve said goodbye to my mop!!! Just really hoping the product last!

Worked well initially but broke after 3 uses. No longer makes steam. Online support was useless, gentleman did not speak English well and could not trouble shoot.
