Super Steam Clean - Very pleased!

Good day to all. This is an excellent product for cleaning up ceramic tiles and wood floors. We have both in our house, and it does an amazing cleaning job. Once you're done cleaning your floors, it is incredibly easy to remove the cleaning pad from the device and replace it with a clean one. We bought an extra one so that we could swap them out once we got done cleaning our floors. We do have one dog, and we have a shark vacuum cleaner that cleans up dog hair exceptionally, but the steam mop is what adds the finishing touches to the cleaning job. It really does an amazing job. I highly recommend it. I only wish that the electrical cord was longer.

Not Shark's Usual Quality

I usually love Shark products, but this mop is very low quality. The mop stopped producing steam after the fourth use despite using only distilled water.The one I bought for my son stopped working after the fifth use.

Simple and effective!

The steam mop was an excellent addition to my new carpet shampooer. It is lightweight, easy to use, comes with several replacement covers which are washable, and heats up quickly. The steam effect is impressive. My floors have never been cleaner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No Steam

So disappointed with the level of steam that generate. I had the Shark Professional light wait and that was 10 times better. This is such a disappointment.
