Cheaply made. Absolute rubbish. A complete waste of money. I have to pay to return this subpar item to Sharp and they may also charge me a re-stocking fee!

The older model was 500% better

I've been using for a few months. I noticed immediately it was not as powerful as the older model which lasted me 4 years. Most concerning is that it leaves the floor wet for over 30 minutes. The great thing about the prior steam mop was that it dried immediately after you steam mopped. Do not like this product at all. Go back to your prior technology PLEASE!

I swore by my shark to clean and have recommended to many people over the years. I now have two mops with a power cord:-( apparently both are out of warranty....I love my shark but Im not willing to invest in another one. Two sharks in less than 5 years is quit enough!

Waste of money

Bought this to try to clean the nasty vinyl flooring in my kitchen and entryway. Was hoping to lift the dirt embedded on the irregular surface of the flooring. Waste of money. Had to go over the same area numerous times to even get superficial dirt up. Would’ve been better off using my regular mop and some Mr Clean. Don’t buy this product

Bought a mouth ago. I had the larger one and it quit working my fault left in garage and it froze. This is a smaller not enough steam.
