After using my previous Shark for over 5 years finally had to replace it. Just needed another steam mop - no other features required. The water container is easier to fill. Had no expectation that the old two sided pockets would work with this one, but they do. Nice surprise. Works just as well - maybe better - than the old one.

I got this a couple days ago and am pleased be on my expectations. I’ve never liked cleaning with harsh chemicals so I love being able to clean and sanitize with only steam and water.

One of the worst chores for me is mopping the floors. I’ve heard a few of my guests at work tell me it’s a game changer to use a steam mop and they were right! I love that there isn’t anymore sticky feeling after it dries, I love that it doesn’t push the small dirt you can’t get up with a broom. I love that it’s chemical free ! Highly recommend !

Replaced one that just stopped working. Second one did the same thing. Worked for one sweep and then quit. Love it when it works. Cleans grout n the tile floors very well.

I'm happy with the steamer. I just wish the steamer actually set off steam from a bottom on the handle rather than the forward motion. I love to see the steam coming out and I prefer to have the steam come out during both motions of forward and back motion while cleaning the floors. I also wish the water tank was larger and it came with more than 1 mop cloth. Other than that it works great and I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought the steam mop last month because I am no longer able to get down and scrub my floors like I used to. Had heart surgery and was frustrated about my floors. I saw this mop so reasonably priced in your online advertisement. Took a chance on it and it solved all my problems. Don't have to exert myself or get down to scrub corners. It is so easy to work with and fill. I felt like I worked miracles getting my floors clean. Works just as the description says.. It is the model in the picture on the side of this sheet. I showed my friend and I think she is about to order one too.
