I bought your steam mop and am liking it for my floors The only downfall is the cord. It is way too short..Could you possibly make it longer... I have one of your sweepers and the cord is very long..Just wish the steam mop could have it too.

Great mop for quick cleanups

This is my second steam mop since my first one was stolen by movers. This us a great little moo for quick, easy cleanups. However it was supposed to come with two pads and there was only one in the box. I’ve tried to contact the company but was unsuccessful. I wish it would come with three mop heads. They are very nice and you just throw them in the washer and they come out super clean! I would recommend this mop for small areas unless you have at least three mop heads. I do really like this product though.

I am a bit particular about my cleaning tools. I have a Shark Rocket, Shark Handheld Vac, Shark Vacmop, the Shark Ion Robotic Vacuum and now the Steam Mop. I guess you could say I am a Shark snob!! The newest piece of my "arsenal," the Steam Mop, is a great way to deep cleam and sanitize my hard floors. Lots of peace of mind, especially now.

I bought a few months ago and it stopped working recently. I have an older model that someone gave me and it works perfect. What do I do now? I gave my older model away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
