Works well, bought this to replace H2O mop.
Not as strong as H2O mop but is ok. Delivery came quick, did not remove paint spots from hard wood as quickly as I thought and left the floor more wet then I am used to.
Cord can be longer, had to unplug and move it from kitchen to living room.

Top of the line basic steam mop!

Great basic steam mop, works as expected. No unnecessary functions or parts, moderately sturdy and light-weight. I had one issue on the bottom. One velcro melted off small part within first month of use, and I don't see it available for replacement parts. I had to replace velcro from craft store, easy fix. All the other parts and velcro work fine, just one faulty part issue. I have used it for 3 yrs. without any other problems.

It’s good for the price

I’ve heard mine for close to a year, worked great loved the product, went to use it and it just stopped working. Light comes out, but no steam comes out, no water at all comes out. Sad it’s no longer working. Next time I’ll just spend more to get something that last longer.

I loved my Shark Steam Mop. It cleaned so well. I just plugged it in, it popped and flame burned a small hole in the cord.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 1st steam mop.

For my 1st steam mop I was more than pleasantly surprised. The water tank capacity is perfect for my home. Unit steams quickly and distributes the hot steam evenly over the floors with no puddles and without leaving streaks. 1. thing I must stress. As the instructions say only use WATER! (don't even use vinegar) Do as the directions advise. i am a clean freak and always have to push the envelope when keeping a clean house. I was left with a mess of cloudy streaks that took me forever to get rid of. I learned my lesson and now only use the steam of water.. The unit stores nice as well. The only negative would be is that it looks cheaply made. Mostly plastic and aluminum. So with that being said I would not let a weight lifter use this delicate model.
