Not good if you have bad back or shoulder

Did not know you had to pump as you go with each stroke. Am planning to return for different model. But beware after you click internal connections you can never disassemble. I am 65 not weak, just herniated back pain. I would not want this for arm elbow or shoulder issues either. I thought about it while using it the one time. Not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fabulous product

I just bought this steam mop this weekend because it was recommended by my daughter-in-law. I had no idea how disgusting my floors were. By the time I finished the pad was black. I used it on hardwood, tile and laminate flooring. I'm thrilled with how well it worked. I just wish it would've come with 2 pads. I need to buy more and change them out during cleaning.

Shark products don’t last

This is the fourth shark product I have bought. 3 vacuums and the steam mop. They have all broken after a year. The most recent vacuum worked for 2 months and now has no suction. For the price of the products there should really be more longevity. I will no longer be a customer of shark.

Love my steamer!

I love this steamer! I’ve had it for four years and it is still steaming away. BUT. I cannot find where to purchase the disposable pads that I used for it. It was so convenient to steam and throw away the dirty pads! I hate washing the cloth ones! Where can I purchase the pads?

This is one of my all time favorite cleaning purchases. It makes your floors look brand new! The best part is your floor is not wet and can be walked on literally right after cleaning the area. So no more of yelling at the kids not to run past, so they won’t slip on the floor. PS! Make sure to purchase extra of the cleaning cloth that covers it. You will want the extras while you are washing the others.

This is the cheapest version of steam mops in the shark line and I wish I had bought the more expensive one now. You have to pump it for the steam to come out which isn’t hard but I would prefer the steam to automatically come out on its own. It does clean but not as well and quickly as the higher end steamers.

I use this at least 3- 4 times a week. It is very easy to use just fill the resovoir and apply the reusable pad on the bottom. Keeps my floors clean and sanitized. I especially love the scented pads you can place inside the pad that leaves a very clean scent.
