Simple Clean: Gets the job done

Have to mention the packaging first. There was no plastic packaging which was amazing. Item was secured with cardboard and wrapped in a paper lining. Love that it was all recyclable.
This is a simple steam mop that gets the job done. Was looking for a simple light weight machine without a ton of bells and whistles that still gets the gunk off the floor and that's this machine for sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third steam mop. I moved from Idaho and unfortunately my much better versions somehow got left when we moved. This new one I bought is a sad chinsey version of previous products and I am sorry to see that they have come down in quality.

I just used this mop and it was awful. It leaks, cheaply made, the cord is always is in the way. Don’t waste your money!!!!!! I’m giving it one star across the board.

I have had an old steam mop from Shark that I loved. This one is 10 times better. Easy to use, light weight and gets my floor shiney clean.

Great for the price

This is my second steam mop. For the price it is, you can’t beat it. They just don’t last much more than two years tops. I’m on my third one. But it gets A LOT of use.

i love using it but everytime i do it trips my outlet and i have to go flip the circut breaker.. why does it do this? anyway couldnt find a email for shark so i sold it...

Not a good product

I’ve had two of these. The first one worked only one time. I was given a new one since the first one was under warranty. I had the second mop for about a year and a half, fell once and it’s not working. I guess I got what I paid for.
