This vacuum is trash. I’m not sure how they sell this as a pet friendly tool, but it definitely doesn’t have the power to pick up even the mildest pet hair even on the linoleum. What a waste of money. I don’t recommend it.

No attachment that will work!

I got this vacuum just a month ago. It did not come with an attachment to do steps or upholstery. I just tried to purchase this attachment only to be told that there is not an attachment that is compatible with my vacuum. The person who helped me spent several minutes looking for one and came up empty. This is extremely disappointing. This is the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise the vacuum works fine and I like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst excuse for a vacuum. If you want it for carpet, forget about it. All it does is push debris around and has terrible suction. Do not ever buy this vacuum unless you want it as an expensive sorry excuse for a broom.

I love my new Ninja! It’s very maneuverable and gets under furniture easily. The cartridge is easy to empty and the battery recharges nicely. I find that it goes easily from carpet to hardwood also. Overall, a great value for the price.

I’m not impressed with this at all. The suction is terrible and I have it one month. My last SHARK was great and this is just bad. Think twice before you buy this one.
