Not quite man’s best friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this thing through the wringer with all this dog hair!!!! It looks cool, sounds cool and is pretty agile, but I feel that the amount of suction power could be a bit better, especially for dog hair. Also, to make it more pet owner friendly, I would prefer that it have a high suction setting vs a trigger that has to he held down. Due to the average suction power, the dog hair gets caught underneath, never gets sucked up and drops in other places that I’m vacuuming. Kind of frustrating, but If I had simple clean-up and no dog hair, this would be my hard floor vac for sure.

Lightweight and great suction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is such an upgrade compared to my old heavy non-cordless one. My favorite thing about this Shark vacuum is how lightweight and compact it is! I shared pictures of my living room before and after vacuuming with the Shark Powerpro cordless vacuum (also included a picture of all the cat hair, dirt, dust, etc. it picked up). The battery works great and charges in a reasonable amount of time. The noise level is way quieter than my old vacuum. Which is also a huge plus because my cats aren't scared of this new vacuum. I will definitely recommend this vacuum to all my friends and family! I am impressed!

I love the self-cleaning brushroll and the FloorDetect™ feature that adjusts automatically and it makes switching between surfaces effortless. The bigger bonus is that it converts into a hand vac, making above-floor cleaning super easy. Great runtime and amazing quality, I highly recommend!

Missed expectations

I'm normally a big fan of all things Shark Ninja - my 10 year old Navigator vac still sucks so hard - in the best way! But this stick vac didn't live up to the legacy. It was fine for light cleaning (like pure pet hair), but for heavier particles (like sand) it just moved them around on the hard floor then left them there in a pile. Sadly, this one was returned. But the return process was quick and painless!
