we love this vacuum we’ve had it for less than a month, but so far the section is great. Cleans our whole house and actually does a really good job on my carpet too. I love that it switches your carpet to floor automatically would definitely recommend this

Lousy high priced machine

This is worthless. Doesn't empty pet hair into bin. Difficult to empty manually. Doesn't even like to pick up dirt. Too much money for a n appliance that doesn't work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best ever, for a small vacuum

Yes, Yes!! I love this vacuum. I have 6 dogs and I run a vacuum about 5 times a day. I have used your products for years.
Not only that, but I bought new rugs, that are thinner and my big vacuum did not like them. This is perfect, you did an excellent job with this one.

Great Suction

This vacuum has great suction and does exactly what I bought it for. It is quite and really easy to use. I love that it can effortlessly tell the difference between flat floor and carpet. It is small enough to fit into tight areas. However, the only downfall that I see is that it does not have a charging station or place for it to hang. Storage would be easier if it had a base that fixed to the wall and the vacuum itself could be hung on the base. I find that the vacuum slides out from the floor when you store it and needs something in front of it to stop the sliding out.

Great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great cordless vacuum option! I like that it is slim so it can get under the couch, the battery comes off to charge so you don’t have to charge the whole machine like our last vacuum, and it sucks up dirt, hair, and stray kibbles with ease. The only thing I don’t love is that it clicks into the standing position too often while I’m cleaning.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate this vacuum. We bought it after our two year old sucked up water with our Dyson, we should have just saved the money and bought the other Dyson to begin with. The battery life is horrendous and it takes forever to charge. We’re talking 5-10 minutes of use before it’s dead and a few hours at least of charging. The debris lodges itself right inside the opening of the chamber, you have to use your hands to empty it. On the bottom of the handheld part, if you use your other hand under the machine for additional support, both sides have a very easily triggered release which empties the dirt compartment. I have accidentally emptied the dirt back onto my floor countless times. You’re also bound to leave a trail of dirt behind you when you’re done vacuuming because things will fall back out from the opening. Don’t even bother on rugs. After hearing me complain too many times, my husband went out and surprised me with another Dyson. I almost cried I was so happy.
