Dangerous design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It shocks you when you are vacuuming. On the removable battery there is a hole where you plug it in to charge. When vacuuming your arm will touch that whole and shock you. That needs to be moved in order for this product to be safe. This sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
It works well and changes modes on its own when going from wood floor to carpet. It’s light weight. The battery is working well for now, but the charging hole needs to be configured else where so it doesn’t shock people while vacuuming.

Decent but could use some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this a decent vacuum with a few faults. This product claims it’s a great solution for pet hair and having two long-haired dogs as well as 3 cats I was curious to see how well it handled various types of pet hair.
Pros:
-It glides easily on all floor types and isn’t overly heavy.
-It is relatively quiet and has a decent battery run time.
-Pet hair doesn’t get wrapped around the bristles.

Cons:
-Doesn’t come with many attachment/tools
-Vacuums great on carpet but doesn’t do well on any of the tile floors in my home & struggled to even pick up dog hair. I feel it should have better suction for hard flooring.
-The dust bin fills relatively fast which is also a downside for a vacuum designed to handle pet hair.
-I don’t like that I have to remove the battery from the vacuum for charging.
-The vacuum is rather top heavy and can fall over easily if the base is not locked in properly.
-The top half of the vacuum comes off and clips on to the bottom portion for storing which does save some space but I think a wall mount & built in charger would be a better solution.

Due to the issues with hard flooring this vacuum doesn’t work well as an everyday vacuum for me, and compared to my current Dyson vacuum is a lot lower suction power and less versatile. However, if you have a single pet home and mostly carpet this could be a good vacuum as it’s lightweight, quiet to operate, and works well on carpet/rugs.

Powerful, quiet, and super convenient for everyday

The cordless design makes it super convenient to move around the house, and the battery life lasts long enough for a full clean. Lightweight, easy to empty, and very efficient. 5/5!

The best cordless vacuum I’ve ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a little heavier than some other cordless models, but it’s way more powerful! The battery life is better than several other models I’ve tried, and it is great at picking up pet hair from carpets.
The best feature though in my opinion is that you can take the head off and use it as a small handheld or as a regular vacuum.
All around fantastic vacuum!

Amazing vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum and it has made me want to vacuum more often. It has exceeded my expectations. It was super easy to put together and charge it up. I love that it is so lightweight and easy to push. It works on hardwood/carpet and auto switches. It’s easy to take off the top and turn it into the handheld vacuum for getting harder to reach areas. I really like that it’s cordless so I am able to move more and get more area done without having to unplug and replug. It’s nice that it also has a light on it. It’s easy to empty the canister. The roller doesn’t get hair caught in it which is great. It’s quieter than other vacuums and does a really great job of picking up everything on the floors and carpet, very powerful suction. This is my new favorite vacuum and I definitely recommend it.
