Where there's smoke, there's not always fire.

My husband has said for years I'd like a smoker. So I found this one for the hard to buy for guy. He has managed to get some great flavors on our plates. It's a work in progress, but he's having fun experimenting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm Getting That Smokey Feeling

I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Since I cook on an induction top, this smoker makes good contact with the hob and works efficiently. You will have to experiment to get your desired smoke flavor.
