2 for 1! Both a smoker and a steamer (which I use daily for vegetables), now I have 1 item that works for so many things. My favorite way to use the smoker is for fish and shellfish. Love the taste and the scent.

This convenience size of smoker makes it so easy use smoke in my everyday cooking. I don't always feel like cranking up the outside smoker, especially for a small batch of vegetables, fish. It's been fun to experiment with different types of smoke and with different types if ingredients. Smoked noodles any one? It doesn't take up a lot of space. It's the space of a single burner. Comes with everything you need to start the minute it gets home.

You Don't Need a Big Outdoor Smoker

This little guy will smoke anything from fish to any kind of meat. Works perfectly on any cooking surface. And take out the inner grill and you have an extra pan for any purpose.
This pan will go up to 600F in the oven, amazing.

A smoker, steamer and fryer!

These will be your all in one pot, you can steam your favorite vegetables, dumplings, fry and stir fry and most used for smoker. It is dishwasher safe and the best stainless steel.

Smoke a little smoke!

I have used this pan for meats, fish and cheese. OMG!! You have to try this for mozzarella.
When you smoke, you do not need any fat which is great!!! this pan is good on the grill outside-( Put a piece of pork in for a smoky pulled pork sandwich) or it can go in to the oven. this is a great cooking vessel.

Great smoker and steamer

With the stovetop smoker I can bring the outdoors inside. It does a great job smoking meats, fish, and it’s great that it is a dual purpose cookware piece, and can be used as a steamer.

Occasionally I find myself wanting to prepare smoked meat, vegetables, or even cheese. This stovetop unit makes easy work of smoking most anything. The grill insert also makes for the perfect steamer.
