I drop my phone an embarrassing amount of times as an adult. I bake and cook, and my phone gets covered in stuff. The defender is the only case I will trust to keep my phone new condition. Because I will put it through the wringer. This one is slimmer and not as clingy as my last defender. I love that I can see the phone color through it.

I mostly enjoy the case, and it has protected my phone so far. I enjoy that it is clear and I finally have the ability to see my phone and protect it at the same time. Unfortunately, it seems that water gets into the back of the case extremely easily. The case works great with MagSafe. The case already has a small crack on the edge from a very short drop (I think is was about a 2-3 for fall or less). I can see the crack and feel the raised edge, but the case feels stable still. I would like to go back to the regular Defender style, but I am hesitating due to the additional cost of a new case and the fact that I cannot get a case the same color as my phone. Overall, it’s not a bad case, but I think I prefer the regular Defender case.

It’s very slim and I love the color! Just hard to put on at first because I got worried I would break it or it wouldn't stay together. But once it’s on it feels pretty sturdy! There is a little hole on the bottom left to attach a wrist strap! It would be nice if they had one on the bottom right as well since I normally use my phone on my right hand, but nonetheless it’s great! I have been using Otterbox for years, and they never disappoint!

More similar in design to the previous Lifeproof Fre cases, this case is rugged yet slim. I don't like the camera control button cutout, I wish I were covered like it is in the current Fre case, but it doesn't seem to be a weak point. I've dropped the phone several times and the case has done its job.
