Installation instructions were not clear. Followup video of case separation was good to complete the install. Case provides a good secure grip when handling. I liked having the strap anchor. The case design around the camera button for iPhone 16 is on the lazy side. The cutout becomes a easy gripping point and the phone's camera gets activated frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen cracked in less than two weeks-right where the cut out is located for the photo button on the bottom right. Previous Otterbox cases kept my phone pristine for almost five years! Very very disappointed with the new case.

The case is durable feeling but the cutout for the camera control button is weird and feels awkward in the hand. Why is this part of the phone left unprotected? Other brands of phone cases have this button covered.

It’s very good like all the other defenders. Don’t like the big bulky cutout, feels odd after having it solid all the time also would have more of a chance to fall and crack the screen or mess up the camera button

Great for the most part, but there is a significant gap of protection. The “camera control” button has a lowered edge that, if the phone impacts at just the right angle, does not protect the screen and part of the side of the phone. But for most drops onto flat surfaces, the raised edges around the screen will do the job. Get a screen protector and AppleCare if you’re gonna get this one. Three stars for its feel and weight (not too heavy, comfy in hand, feels sturdy). Very difficult to put on - you have to feel like you’re gonna rip the rubber off.

I don't like the fact that I have to clip it in upside down to get it to catch on the holster. There is only one snap-in spot on the case for the holster and it is on the wrong side because of the large cut out for the camera button. If I put it in the clip on the other side of the case, it does not secure the phone adequately. This is hugely annoying and I would not recommend this case or holster as it currently is.
