wish the outer rubber case was a more rugged thicker case for the heavy abuse i put this phone and case thru out in the construction field. Also, the holster isn't as rigid as the i phone 5 I used to own as the locking clip and the phone position in which the phone snaps into the holster has the front lcd screen facing outwards which when moving in tight quarters has a high percentage that tthe screne will get damaged even with a screen protector

The Otterbox defender case I recently purchased fits my IPhone 16 Pro. My only issue with the case is that the phone doesn’t go into my otterbox holster with screen facing inside of case like my previous IPhone 13 did. With the screen facing outside, I am constantly checking to ensure my phone (sometimes it’s not) is off.

Not enough protection. I was looking for complete protection and I guess otterbox will not make its tried and true total protection case since I’ve been on the list for months!

Very poor quality compared to older versions. I’ve used there cases since 2010 and loved them until now. A camera lens protector can’t be used like most cases either. These cases are the biggest rip off on the market!!
