Terrible case - the hole in the side for the camera was too open. Our screen protector keep cracking because of this. We have since switched to another brand. Otterbox has always been our go to but not for the iPhone 16 pro.

Would be nice if the case covered the camera button on the 16 pro on the top of the screen and did not have a cut out, providing the trusted otterbox protection I was hoping for when I purchased the case.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated. Phone fell from airplane seat to floor in front of seat. Screen chipped/cracked at cut out for camera shutter. Screen protector cracked in two places. Phone/Otterbox have been used less than a week. Son’s screen protector broke after two days of use.

I hesitated to rate 3 instead of 2 but otter box has always been good for me in the past. I wanted to like it but the dealbreaker for me after I had it in my hand was the cutout for the camera button. Corners on either side of it were very clunky and no border to guard that inch or so of the screen left to much to chance for breakage in my mind. 2 layers of case yet an open area. Felt not 100% protected. Sent it back.

Nice case from otterbox but the cutout for the camera button leaves the screen exposed to damage. Already broke one screen protector and it’s not super comfortable to hold in your hand. It would be nice if they had a non cutout version.

Very dissatisfied extremely unhappy this case has already broken in two places and having a opening like it does causes your cellphone to get damaged when it gets dropped by accident this needs to be relooked at on how to make it right a new designed is needed very sad not a happy customer and I love Otterbox also if you buy after market camera lens protectors you can not use because it legit won’t fit a other disappointment

Love Otterbox cases. My phones have always come out pristine after years but this one has a flaw. The case is actually wearing through the finish on the phones trim where the camera notch touches it. Definitely a miss.
