This is probably my fourth case (with every phone upgrade) and I have to say I have yet to be disappointed by Otter Box. I have a walking disability so the phone often falls. I have yet to have any of the phones or Otter Box cases become damaged. I highly recommend this product.

The case itself is good, but it only has a slot on one side to put it in the belt clip it comes with. Which means you have to make sure that slot is facing up, otherwise it falls out. I guess if you carry your case on the left side you probably won’t have this issue, but I carry my case on the right side. I understand there is a button the right side of the phone but i have lined it up and the is enough space to put a slot on the other side.

Im nervous about the new case cutouts and safety. I am a hardcore otterbox user. I really like the full case with the screen protector. The side camera button has a larger cutout and it just doesn’t seem so secure. My last phone had an otterbox. I forgot it on the roof of my car and drove off. Another car actually ran over it. But no damage to my phone!

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated up from Drop+ 4x rated on previous versions.
