I brought an OtterBox cover a month ago and feel completely satisfied. There is great ease of service; a beautiful array of products to choose from; rapid, prompt delivery; and I have high confidence that this tablet cover will last and protect the tablet forever.
I purchased the case covers for my 2 kids. Although they have not dropped there iPads I do feel the case is very protective. The ability to hook the iPads on the headrest in the car is an added bonus.
This Case Doesn’t Adjust To All Car Headrest And Are Pretty Much Useless To Have Standing On Their Own. Do Not Buy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the quality expect from otterbox.

We have had many, many OtterBox products on both iPads, and iPhones over the years. However, this particular iPad case my nine year old dropped from hip level and it landed on the corner. With any prior case, this was never an issue however, with this one, the screen ended up cracking on the corner even though it was only at approximately 2 foot to 2 1/2 foot drop. This is not the quality or protection we have had with prior devices, as we have been very happy with the others. This won’t discourage us in the future but maybe this particular case just isn’t quite the same standards or doesn’t offer the iPad 9 the same protection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You're not wrong to expect the very best from the Otter brand, and we are so sorry to see (literally) that your kiddo's iPad got dinged at that corner of its display during what was a seemingly mild spill.
Although distance can certainly be a factor, there are some other things like angle and force of impact that can also play a role in a discouraging outcome such as this.
