Overall the case in regards to protection is great my only complaint is the stand. It isn’t sturdy at all and since this is a child’s case i expected it to be a lot better. My toddler and I are constantly having to readjust or prop it up against something because it’s so flimsy.

Stand doesn’t stay on

I bought this case 3 months ago for my sons iPad. The stand/handle doesn’t stay on anymore so now it’s basically useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the greatest otterbox

I purchased two of these cases thinking “how cute!” And with otterbox GREAT reputation, I went ahead and made the purchase. Just to only get disappointed! My girls take care of their stuff very well and with just ONE DROP, my youngest daughter iPad was shattered into pieces! Wouldn’t even turn back on! We had to pay more out of pocket to fix it. Thanks otterbox! Save your money. Don’t invest in this product.

Although we genuinely put forth every possible effort to ensure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such disheartening outcomes, unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all risks.
We regret that our warranty won't be able to provide any assistance for those device repairs you already had done, but we would very much like to get you set up with a new case for a fresh start on that end. I needed a new case and wanted a different style than the one I had previously. This was a different enough design and even thought it was in the kids section, it was a color I like and felt confident as an adult I could use. Turns out the feature used to stand it up on my counter works better than the previous case I had, and it is a material that won't break easy!
