Great Until

This is a great case for road trips. it mounts perfectly in the headrest. LOVED LOVED LOVED this case.....until the tablet fell on the knob in the back. It completely destroyed the screen in a way that I've only seen in commercials or clickbait videos.

Great cases for kids. Come with a 'pop socket' type handle on the back with an attachment that allow them to hang on a seat or stand up on their own. The attachment also has a 'handle' area. Kids are less likely to drop these.

Stand does not stay on.

As many other reviews state the stand falls off easily. I thought it was defective and OtterBox replaced it. It’s not a defect, it is a design failure. OtterBox should solve the design issue and offer a replacement stand that works. This is a nice and relatively expensive case that should be made usable by OtterBox.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Case is sturdy but disappointed in the stand/handle/headrest hanger. It’s great as a handle, but not very sturdy as a stand (flimsy and iPad falls backwards) and doesn’t fit well in neither my car’s headrest nor my husband’s. I understand it’s made generically and not for car specific models, but just sad it’s a feature we can’t use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent case

The case is decent. The stand however isn’t. It does not fit on the headrest in my car and really fails when needing to stand your ipad up or on its side.

Could be better

One of the main reasons we got this case was because of the stand that came with it and our trust knowing the quality of otterbox would be good for our kiddo. The case itself is great quality, like a typical defender case by otter box
as we expected, and it has been through a few good falls and you’d never know.
Unfortunately, the stand didn’t last more than a few months and it no longer “snaps”/stays in place when trying to clip it to the back of the case, so my daughter no longer has a stand for her case and has to find something else to use to stand it up. Kind of a pain when there’s a huge knob in the back that is unusable. Looking into finding a different case now

Great protective case for my daughters iPad. I spent more money than normal on an iPad case but it was well worth it, because no matter how many times my daughter drops it, the Otterbox case protects it! It’s the best!!

Faulty stand

I cannot get this stand to adjust to a comfortable viewing angle. It is stuck at an almost 90 angle—way too steep to be optimal.
