Cools to drinkable temp quickly and stays there

Another great Ninja product. I tested my Sip Perfect today so I had facts to give my co-workers who are interested in purchasing one. I poured my beverage into the cup, added a thermometer and went to get my phone to take a photo. When i came back, the temperature had already begun dropping. I took a start photo and then several more over the next 90 minutes. It has now been over 2 1/2 hours and it is still at a perfect hot beverage temp. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and will be purchasing myself at least one more.

Nice cup, but not worth the price. Faulty lid.

It's a good quality, but the lid leaks if it is laying sideways, even when shut. Its a slow but steady trickle from the opening. Maybe the seal isn't a true seal on the lid. Otherwise nice enough. Doesn't maintain heat very well either.

Totally worth it

Love this cup. No more blowing on the liquid only to find it still too hot. Nice looking and it’s not too heavy. It fits in my hand nicely. Worth the money.

Our whole family uses these travel mugs all day! With three to five grandchildren from 4-18 in the house at any given time, the colors (and stickers) help them keep up with their own drinks. The lids really reduced the spills. The Sip Perfect design is perfect for hot cocoa; the youngest don't burn their mouths and the cocoa is warm all the way to the end. My husband would like to have this in a 20/24 oz size to get him through his commute and settling in at the office each morning.

Not so good!

This is the poorest example of a ninja product I've ever seen. I own several ninja appliances and just love them, so I thought this cup would be a dream come true. Unfortunately it's a nightmare. It doesn't work any better than a cup costing a third of the price and it leaks like a sieve. I'm an engineer and I understand how a gasket works. I removed the gaskets and thoroughly cleaned both the gaskets and the seats. I made sure they were replaced properly and it still leaks. The cup itself seems to be well made but the lid leaks, sprays out a mist when you first open it, it is difficult to clean, and I'm guessing it would be very easy to lose the gaskets making the cup useless. The ninja sip perfect 16 oz travel mug does not live up to what I expect out of a Ninja product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
