Doesn't hold the heat.

I have found other brands that 'hold the heat' far superior with less hassles that the Ninja perfect sip. The heat retention dissipated quickly after 2 hours. Having to constantly 'click' the lid open and shut in order to retain the perfect temperature is not suitable in a meeting or public setting. It is very loud and the beverage 'whistles and gurgles' with every sip as the liquid gets aerated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s the easiest to carry and transport, whether I’m driving, golfing or walking around the neighborhood, it even survived my girlfriends driving. It literally delivers the perfect sip every time.

Works As Advertised For First Cup Only

First cup was exactly as advertised, drinkable temperature within a matter of minutes. I was impressed. However, the second cup remained scalding hot for hours afterwards. Therefore, I can only give this 3 stars. If you have any tips or tricks to make every cup do what the first cup did, I will update my review accordingly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please allow your bottle to cool in between uses in the upright position before using again. To speed this up, you can place chilled water in the bottle allowing it to sit for 3 minutes. Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this travel mug, it's perfect for my hot coffee when I leave the house. I like the material on the inside, stainless steel. I can always carry it with me. I can close it perfectly so it doesn't fall over. It has a protector on the bottom so I don't burn myself. A very nice and durable product, excellent quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this brand since I have a coffee maker and love it from the same brand. I didn’t notice that it kept my coffee any better than other travel cups that I have used. One thing that stood out to me and I didn’t like is how it felt very heavy almost like a thermos and I felt like a handle would’ve been good to have on this travel mug.
