Blows good but sends electrical shocks into hand.

Recently purchased this from a local hardware store and the first time I used it my hand got electrical shocks from static electricity. Dewalt needs to provide better isolation on the handle grip and obviously better static mitigation.
I have used comparable blowers from both Makita and Milwaukee without any feelings of static shocks at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing is perfect for all the small jobs. Blowing the dust off of tools, benches, lawn mower, etc. Don't expect it to do your whole driveway. It also works well to blow up inflatables with the included attachments.

I bought this tool to blow snow off my sidewalk. We have been getting small fluffy snows lately. Not anywhere enough to bring out the snowblower. The tool works very well at the task at hand. just wish the batteries would last longer. The batteries last about 15 min. Other than that it is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a long time DEWALT tool user so when my wife asked for this little blower, I was surprised, but not surprised. It is very powerful and effective for its size. She uses this for all kind of little jobs from blowing leaves to cleaning out her vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend this unit to anyone needing a small powerful blower. Although it is "compact " I would not hesitate to bring it to my toughest jobs.
