Perfect and compact.

I picked this up at a local hardware store. I was actually really surprised at the power it had. I took it on two separate jobs and it performed great. I love the three speed options available on the handle. The blower is well balanced and feels light in my hand. It was very easy to assemble I like the rubber extension. Great purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Air speed up to 180 mph.

I couldn't find this information anywhere except on the box itself: it gets air speed up to 180 mph. It moves less air than the 450cfm blower (125 mph), but has higher air speed.

The hard nozzle vibrates off in seconds so it’s useless. So it can’t be used . Dewalt needs to redo this part !!!
Works ok other wise with the soft plastic part . So when you redesign it please send me the new piece so I can use it properly. Put a soft plastic oring in the hard plastic so it stays on !!!! Was this even tested ???)

Wouldn't Recommend...based on battery performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use ours to blowout high school gym bleachers. The machine itself works great. However, a fully charged battery lasts 5-6 minutes. Yes, weve tried different batteries to assure it's not old weak batteries. We would have to have 8 maybe 10 fully charged batteries to do the job. The reason we went cordless is to resolve having cords getting caught everywhere. We were hoping cordless would be the answer.

Not what I expected

Was hoping to get away from a corded blower and thought this would be the best option. But this one has some problems. It does run the battery down rapidly. Also, the air intake is right by my pant leg so if it comes close it’ll suck into the material and bog down the blower. I was wearing shorts and had this problem, also I’m right handed, a southpaw might not have this issue. I’ll be returning this model and trying another blower. I will say it is lightweight but other than that I feel it is poorly designed.
