Can’t get passed the warranty

I was happy with the purchase but at this point I can’t see the videos it says they have. I don’t know if my lifetime warranty is accepted or not.

So far we are loving this. The only thing that I wish it did was to set it to go longer than 10 minutes at a time. Still figuring it out so maybe I’m missing something but we’ll see.

I just got it but compared to my old vibration plate-this one is the rolls Royce of vibration plates! Love the wood grain & that it’s functional when not in use, best idea ever!!!

It was well packaged and upon unboxing it was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and thoughtful design of the Relaxavibe plate.
The hidden storage area in the ottoman is awesome.
It is more grey in color than in the photos, as it almost looked white, but it’s a color that is blend able in many spaces.
Happy with the purchase and that I could use my HSA card!

Love the look and feel of the relaxavibe. It’s not the color I was expecting- it’s more of a light grey- but it still looks better than most other machines and blends in well with my decor.

I’m eating a 4 because the color looked more brown and i don’t like the grey top as it clashes with the brown massage chair i have. Also the warmer doesn’t get very hot at all.
