I was very surprised to see the quality. And what this looked like actually in person I've been using vibration plates well over 15 years and had a small studio with Zen pro. Power plate and other high-end vertical machines. This machine has a great oscillator and lateral moving part, as well as mild vertical vibration. Without vibration. My feet and my knees are a bit challenging on a day-to-day basis. But because of vibration as a seventy three year old male and pretty doggone, good shape, i've been able to maintain that shape while utilizing vibration technology, and by going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. This machine looks good is very quiet and it's very eye catching. The only thing I would recommend to make it even better would be. If the vertical vibration was just a little stronger, it's good, but could be a little bit better. Other than that, I love the machine can use it twice a day

My HRV has increased 20 points (according to my oura ring) within a few days of starting to use the relaxavibe. I’m using it 10-20min a day. I’m also feeling more energetic.

I love my RelaxVibe. Been using it for over four years and I look forward to every session. It has relieved my restless leg syndrome, helped with balance and is just very relaxing at the end of the day. Plus when I’m not using it, it looks like a beautiful piece of furniture. And LifePro is an awesome company. They really know how to take care of their customers.

My physical therapist recommended the Lifepro Vibration Platform to help with lymphatic drainage. Just used it for the first time today. We’ll see how it goes. I feel like I have a lot to learn with all the features
