My goodness, there are so many ways to customize the exercise experience of the Relaxavibe that this wonderful piece of equipment will keep me in good shape for years! I’m amazed that the powerful motors are REALLY whisper quiet. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I have had this vibration plate for a couple of years now. I use it for active recovery, but it has also been a game changer for my workouts. From band work to weighted squats, to planks. I love the cover as well. You can easily make it a pretty part of your household decor.
