Tried it for the first time. Although skeptical I made 4 ribeyes all with different temperature settings. Once done all were cooked to different levels of done. Extremely please with performance.

Work better and more reliably than the thermoworks rfx kit I had. The only gripe I have, and it’s fairly minor, is how thick the probes are. Smaller pieces of meat may not work well with the girthy probes, but for anything that small the instant read would be better served anyway. Don’t hesitate these are great.

Best wireless meat probes

I love my Sync Gold Quad. I had the opportunity to use them two days ago to make some steaks for the household. Accurate reading, continuous temperature update, loud alarms. The steak was the juiciest most tender steak I have ever made. I look forward and I can't wait for my next cooks.
