I run a commercial smokehouse and use Typhur Quad probes. After thousands of cooks, these are nothing but stellar. Wish I could export proper data files though

I have used it in my smoker, outdoor oven, and grill, at temps above 600 degrees. It worked perfectly. It is very accurate verified using an industrial thermometer. I also have a Typhur air fryer and have used it to control 2 cooks with good results.
