For steaks and thicker fish it is amazing,
Don’t know if it is possible but a thinner probe might be more usable.
Identifiying, using and switching between #1 & #2 is not intuitive and sometimes difficult.
This is admittedly partially due to not reading the mini manual carefully.

While I would love to be a grille master, I have had good results (and not-so-good), and I wanted to be more consistent. Additionally, I did not want to ruin expensive cuts of meat. The temp probes and the Dome 2 have yielded incredible, repeatable results for me- regardless of thickness of cut or type of cut of meat. I have been enormously satisfied with all the Typhur products and feel confident preparing meals without praying over doneness. Whole heartedly recommend.

Extremely accurate, and compact. The display is easy to read, the battery charges quickly and holds power for an extremely long time. The range is amazing, almost 3 x as far as some other units I own. The graph feature is awesome.
I would like to see the probes a little thinner and a stronger magnet on the back, but believe me, these 2 wish list items are by no means a deal breaker.
The price for the unit I bought (2 probe) , is excellent for the quality if this product. I just wish I would have bought the 4 probe unit.
This is a great investment and given the quality makes this purchase a no brainer. The app is also easy to set up and use.

I miss the days when a person could just buy a product and move on with their lives without having to deal with constant follow up emails, surveys and requests for reviews/ratings, etc. You're doing fine. You are enough. Lots of people like you. You don't need constant external validation. I know it comes from a good place of just trying to be better, but it's really starting to get out of hand.
