After many failed briskets and steaks, the determination was that my wireless thermometer was faulty. It was reading 5 -10 degrees more than the actual temp. I decided to buy a new one and landed on Typhur. It didnt disappoint. I reverse seared some steaks and came out perfect. I need to try a brisket but will wait until spring. Interface was easy and the range on this thing is insane. Great product!!

Works where others won't. In the smoker, the grill or the oven. I have a meater thermometer and I could never use it in the oven. The Typhur works every time and is very accurate.
