Probe 1 seems to lose connection for some reason . Other than that I would give it 5 stars but gave it 4 only because it’s new and lost connection several times during my first cook.

I ordered the Typhur Sync Gold Dual after seeing it used by Sam the Cooking Guy. The ability to track the temperature separately for the white and dark meat of the turkey allowed me to create a very delicious bird. Moist and tender everywhere. The dual temp monitoring worked great and the ability to know how much time remaining on the cooking time is great! I loved using it and will continue to use it for any roasted or smoked meat that I need to monitor cooking temps. Great product.

I bought this to use for Thanksgiving turkey and boy did it save my life. I had initially only planned to use one probe in each bird, but my fresh never frozen turkeys showed up frozen almost sold. I broke them down because I didnt have time for them to thaw and then used the probes to cook the thighs and the breasts to different temps because why not take advantage of the fact that they are broken down! The themos were spot on and the predictive quality for time and temp was pretty remarkable as well. I will be recommending this product to everyone I know who is a remotely techy cook.

I have only used it twice so far. I did two Turkey Breasts in a roaster for Thanksgiving and a Pork Roast on my Weber electric grill. They both were cooked perfectly 👌. The device I had before this one allowed me to choose the cooking device, grill, oven, roaster and so on. I am guessing choosing a certain cut of meat will tell me when to flip the meat when on the grill.....not positive! I can also use comon sence and flip when I have reach the middle temperature. Besides that I love it so far, easy to use ether with the APP or stand alone.
