Bought this for Thanksgiving, absolute game changer. Cooked the breasts and thighs to separate temps. Absolute perfection! Can’t recommend this highly enough.

I purchased the Typhus Sync Gold Dual a couple of weeks ago and had the opportunity to use it two different ways on Thanksgiving. First, it was used in an electric smoker, and second indoors in an electric roaster. It performed flawlessly in both situations. My electric smoker is downstairs on an outdoor patio. I never had any connectivity issues, even when upstairs on the opposite side of the house. The accuracy was also spot on in both instances.

I used the Typhur Sync Gold Dual over Thanksgiving to wonderful results. I didn't have to fumble with my old fold-out probe to test the turkey letting out all the oven heat in the process. Easily the best-cooked turkey I've ever made. Rave reviews from the family.

Turkey Came Out Great — Accurate Cook Times

First use was during Thanksgiving and the Typhur pulled through with accurate temperature measurements and mostly accurate estimated cook times which was very helpful as the turkey was cooking faster than we expected. The app is simple to use and I enjoy that the basestation is really just there to do a quick check on things but not much else. My only complaint with the system would be a setting to either turn down or ideally turn off the basestation's very loud and aggressive on/off beep.

I love the Typhur Sync Gold. It is a replacement for another brand and has superior performance. My previous thermometer would constantly drop the connection when I used my oven. The Typhur does not lose the connection and is very accurate. Totally happy with this purchase.
