I bought this in February and finally got to use it for the first time on Saturday. I tried on a tri tip I smoked and it worked very well. The only issue I wanna say is that the connection got lost twice when I took my phone and the base to my bedroom as it lost connection with the probe. I immediately went back to the kitchen where it connected again. Now this happened to me twice as I wanted to clarify so next time I know not to take it into my bedroom as I was experimenting which location are best in the house. Now the distance from my bedroom to the smoker is about 50ft and one outside wall so as to why it lost connection is beyond me other than that I am very satisfied with this product and I will give 5 stars 👍

Perfect Meat Thermometers! These meat thermometers work great and so far I haven’t lost a connection while grilling, cooking in my dome or in my smoker. Love that they’re rechargeable instead of requiring batteries. Highly recommend!
