I’m an avid cook and have all kinds of thermometers. Usually, I rely on an instant read thermometer. But this product takes it to the next level! It is so great to be able to, in real time, watch the interior temperature of your steak, chicken or whatever you’re cooking as it rises to your desired point. The thermometer is smart enough to predict what carryover cooking there will be to alert you to pull the meat off the fire at just the right time. And, no deal dealing with wires. The app is intuitive and very well designed. Thank you to the @Anti-Chef for recommending this!

It has good range and is pretty accurate for the internal temp but the ambient is just straight up wrong. Not really something I’m forgiving of for such an expensive product

I run a commercial smokehouse and use Typhur Quad probes. After thousands of cooks, these are nothing but stellar. Wish I could export proper data files though

I’ve got almost every brand of wireless probe meters out there. Even the new RFX by ThermoWorks. The Typhur is my favorite. The distance from the probe to the base is much better than the RFX from ThermoWorks which advertises long distance. I love the simplicity of the app. I now have every product that Typhur makes and everyone of their products I like better than any other brand out there.
