Having tried a number of temperature probe devices before, I liked what I learned about the Typhur wireless/WIFI probes. I just cooked a large rib roast and was blown away by the accuracy and ease of use Typhur provides in the Sync Gold Dual system. Not only did it keep me informed about the temperature status even when I went next door, to my surprise it showed me how poorly my new oven maintains temperature!

This thing just works! I use it on thick burgers, roasts, turkey, chicken breast and everything is finally cooked to perfection instead of over or under done or having to keep jabbing it with my instant thermometer.

We're loving our new Typhur Sync Gold Dual because it's taken all the guesswork out of cooking the perfect tri-tip (roast beef). We've used it on four separate occasions and the meat has come out perfectly every time.

The Typhur Application is not user friendly. The basics around cooking temperatures and typical meat, fish, pork and poultry are lacking. Although you select the “ English” language you get responses in french.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
