Only one side of the case snaps into the belt clip. There is plenty of room to have the snap on both sides like all the other ones I have owned

Case has inset for belt clip to hook into but only on one side if you do not set your phone, in the right orientation it will come off poor design on Case

My phone constantly slips out of my hand because of this cutout. It’s horrible. I wish they would have provided another option for the defender pro case. There is a reason why I get the defender pro cases and have for years. Extremely disappointed in this design.

The design of this case is poor. The indent on the side allows for screen, or protector to crack when dropped. This happened to my husband within three days of having the new phone with case.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated up from Drop+ 4x rated on previous versions. I hate the cutout for the camera button, I feel it could’ve been designed better, instead it looks like a hack job, it ruins the hand feel and leaves the whole area exposed. I’ve been an Otterbox man for years, unless they redesign I’ll be looking for better options
