Would not Recommend

My two month old phone completely shattered with this case from a three feet fall onto tile. I’ve recommended this series for the past 6 years over multiple phones both personal and work… but my faith has been shattered like the back on my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice case but impossible to clean

The material of the case around the edge and front of the case is a different material than the rest. This material gets dirty very very easily and is impossible to clean. I have tried so many different ways to clean it and nothing remotely helps. Buy a different color!!!!

Not fitting iphone 14 Pro Max verywell

I have purchased two of these for my son and myself since we got the iphone14 Pro Max. It looks so pretty but the case is not adjusted verywell for the iphone14 Pro Max. It keeps moving and since it keeps moving, it effects my iphone screen. The last otterbox cases that we had were much fitted better.

Fits IPhone weird

I’ve had this case for 2 months and have had a ton of compliments on it. It’s super cute! However, it kinda of pops out of the case like it’s not quite deep enough for my 14 pro max. The sides have also become discolored rather quickly.

We craft all of our cases on an individual basis to ensure it is seamlessly compatible with the unique device, so those fit issues are definitely unexpected. As far as any discoloration goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay. MagSafe magnets were weak, case doesn’t protect

I dropped my phone while trying to slip it into my pocket ( 3ft off the ground maximum) and it absolutely shattered the back glass, when I removed the case to see why it would’ve broke from something so light I saw that the bottom magnetic strip from the case had come out of position and was sideways, so when the phone fell that was where the cracks started. The ring magnet also came out, would not recommend, really wish I bought a defender instead

doesn't fit tight and poor protection and magnets

Purchased this for my phone to replace a cheaper one. The cheaper brand had much better protection. First time fell out of my lap onto carpeted floor, the back shattered. I constantly have to reset it in the case firmly and the magnets are weak, will not grasp onto holder if it is not in a cradle.

Wanted to love

After upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro Max, I was very excited for this stylish case to protect my new phone. I’ve been an OtterBox user for years and had a black OtterBox case on my previous phone for over 3 years. I loved it and knew I wanted to go with OtterBox again. I was excited to try out this new tan color. The quality seems great, but after just one week, the edges of my phone are already discolored. I have already tried cleaning it with warm soap and water hoping it would be an easy fix and it did not resolve the issue. I wanted to love this case, but am feeling very disappointed given the price of this case.
