Although we put each of our cases through numerous drop tests to ensure they'll provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such upsetting outcomes, the use of such a piece is never a bad idea.

Regardless, any given incident is subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk. Unfortunately, our warranty won't be able to help with any device repairs or replacement, though we would very much like to get you set up with a new OtterBox for a fresh start on that side of things. Very Dissapointed

I've been using Otterbox cases for almost a decade now and this is not the quality I expected. I'm already on my second replacement with this case. The first one had an issue with the volume buttons not aligning properly. I've only had the replacement for a few days and it is already discolored. I don't know if the material has changed, but it's super disappointing. I would advise getting this case only in black.

No protection when dropped

iPhone 14 pro max dropped once after owning 2 weeks. Zero protection from OtterBox. Do not buy!

Dirty so quick.

Just got my case less than a week ago and the outside edges are already so dirty. I’m so sad! I get you have a guaranteed policy but to have to pay shipping for a case less than a week old is a shame.

Started yellowing in less than a month

I have only had the case for about 3 weeks and it’s already discolouring. I work from home and don’t leave it in sunlight at all. I shouldn’t even have to worry about that as this is supposed to be anti-yellowing. It offers good drop protection, which is the only pro.

We recommend removing your device from the case, and lightly washing your case with hand soap and warm water. Like many other reviews here in regards to this case, if you accidentally drop your phone even from a low height onto soft floors, and want a shattered phone, then this is the case for you. New iPhone 14 pro max, left store with this case and screen protector as I was not leaving store without a case. 3 months in, pulling out
of pocket and slipped and fell no more than 3ft.

Not very protective

I’ve been using Symmetry cases for a long time. This case gave me some reservations and they were well founded. I’ve had my phone for maybe 4 months and tonight at dinner I noticed that there was a crack on my camera area. So disappointed that this case didn’t protect my phone. I’ve had some pretty rough drops with my other iPhones and symmetry cases and never had more than a cracked screen protector. The back of my phone is shattered. I’m going to probably find a new case for after my phone gets fixed

Let me down!

I always get this style every time I get a new phone for the sleek design and drop protection but this time this case let me down….I have my brand new Pro Max on my lap was seating on my patio chair and my phone fall down flat on its back and the back glass shattered (have other phones happen the same thing an the glass survived) was not expecting that kind of damage! Very disappointed !
