Was an otter fan

Why is it advertised magsafe when none of my Apple accessories will stay on? Not only not magsafe compatible but slippery. Have both the rebel and black, love rebel design unfortunately a hard shiny surface and doesn’t connect to anything. Always get an ottorbox but looking elsewhere as I cannot use these daily. Such a shame.

Not good!

This case is not properly fitted, it always snaps off and the buttons are all loose and I have to move them to use my volume button. The MagSafe magnet is not strong at all always falls off. Definitely needs some work. Wasted my money

New Slogan, Same Old Case

Nothing is improving. Purchased one today and scratches have formed here and there. I haven’t even used it for 24 hours. The edges weren’t carefully thought so you can see the defects throughout the case. It trapped everything in the case, from dust to hair. Worst part is that they put a sticker on the case about “anti yellowing” so when you took the sticker off. It left sticky mark on it.

Though there is an anti-scratch coating applied, the types of materials the case comes into contact with and the amount of force involved can still be a factor in such things. We weren't quite sure of what possible defects you would have been referring to, as we're actually really dialed into details and that's definitely not anything that's caused us concern. As for that "worst part" you mentioned, we appreciate the feedback on the sticker and subsequent residue. There actually shouldn't have been any such label about discoloration ever put directly on that case. This case looks nice, but is kind of loose on the side, and dust can enter easily from the sides! Wish the case was more fit!

The box fits very well, and gives good protection. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that mag-safe attaches a bit weaker. Also the soft silicone rubber has little support at the buttons, such that dirt easily gets trapper there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unnecessary MagSafe Sticker

I like the phone case overall. Once on the phone, it has the classic look and feel you would expect from an OtterBox. To the genius individual/department that found it necessary to put a giant sticker on the back of the case signifying that it is MagSafe, should take a look at the nice outline it leaves once removed. There is already a MagSafe symbol on the inside of the case, which is identifiable by any Apple user, so the sticker becomes redundant. Overall, the sticker is a waste of money and resources for your company, and creates an unnecessary eyesore for customers when they look at the case on their phone for the first time. Fix this.

I don’t care for this case. The lip around the camera is too large for the phone to lay flat, so the phone will not lay on a wireless charger. Plan to just switch to an Apple brand case.

This specific Symmetry Series+ case was actually engineered for seamless interaction with Apple's MagSafe accessory ecosystem, and that charger will definitely fit perfectly and also provide the best performance.

But wireless charging really shouldn't be a problem, even with a standard Qi platform, though you just might need to be a little more deliberate in your placement. Not sure if you'd find something out in the market that you'd be happier with in terms of that lip around the backside camera, as that definitely a necessary design element to keep those three awesome lenses safe from harm.

I love the case! It’s just that where the buttons are. They move and are willingly it feels like the buttons are moving too. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve bought a different case.
