Why are the colors and textures different?

We bought a pair of chairs in the color pecan to see if I'd like the color and the chairs themselves. They look great. We went ahead and ordered the other 2 chairs and the pecan table. We put everything together and set it up. The color of the table vs chairs is slightly different. The texture is completely different. Especially for a table why would you make it textured. If you use it to write something you can't. Like all of the reviews that said they used it as a desk, I don't know how. The texture is intense. I like the smooth texture of the chairs better. The chairs and the table don't look like a set. The quality of the table is not as good as the chairs either. Ours came with a dent on the top of the table. And it just looks off. Wide gaps and the legs are crooked. Clearly, I'm not going to try to disassemble the table and try to send it back but . . . Not great

We're sorry to hear that the table hasn't met your expectations. It looks like the table was ordered in our Pecan Wirebrush finish, while the chairs are in the Classic Pecan finish. That would explain the difference in both color and texture, with the table having a more rustic feel compared to the smoother chairs. We understand your concern, especially with the dent and other quality issues you mentioned. horrible quality table, came with a giant dent/scratch in one of the pieces at the top of the table which is not only very noticeable, but could definitely hurt someone if they rub their arm against it. Was also impossible to put together, did not come with the right parts so it is not very sturdy and will fall apart over time. do not waste your money.

Nightmare to put together, difficult to clean. Would not recommend.

Our table initially came broken and the custom service was great and they quickly sent us a new one. However, it was a NIGHTMARE to put together. We had to leave out the washers for the screws to even fit, and there were a few screws we never got in even without the washers. There's a couple pieces that didn't fit together properly where there are gaps in the table now. The grooves in it make it difficult to clean and keep clean. Aesthetically, it's a beautiful table but I wouldn't purchase this again.

Moldy nightmare

Save yourself the headache and don't buy. Table came moldy and assembly was super annoying. They want you to use washers and split lock washers and the screw doesn't reach. If the screw does reach good luck because half of the predrilled holes don't line up.

Color for blonde wire brush was not the same as pictures in real life was disappointed with the product. It came off too orange ish red ish undertones compared to photos
