Hard to assemble, the screww didnt align with the holes. One chair already has a crack.

After assembly the pieces didn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After assembly the pieces didn’t fit together like they should have. When I asked for a refund/exchange there was no willingness to do so. Now I am stuck with an uneven table, even if they were able to send out pieces o fix the issue. The hassle of taking part the table and putting it back together again will take hours. Not worth it, buyers remorse to the fullest.

Assembly nightmare

Listen, the table is pretty but putting it together is an absolute nightmare. I say this as someone who just recently moved and has spent the past month putting together tons of different furniture. The washers and screws do NOT fit. I double checked reviews after spending two hours trying to get the screws and washers in place and thinking I was going crazy when I saw this has been pointed out by SOOOO MANY other customers. It’s insane that so many people have brought this to their attention and they clearly have done nothing to fix this. Buy a table from someone else unless you’re cool with having to skip half the steps because the screws and washers simply do not fit.

Poor packing/quality control.

I ordered this table and an interior frame component arrived damaged. It was clear this component was damaged prior to shipping as it was packed inside the other components. Their only option for me to receive a replacement before thanksgiving was to ship an entirely new table - leaving me with hundreds of pounds of trash. Get this, the replacement table arrived with the SAME EXACT COMPONENT DAMAGED, packed the same way!!! Now I have NO TABLE for Thanksgiving… What a waste of money!!!!

This is EXACTLY what I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is EXACTLY what I wanted. Love that it came in a small dining room size. Quality is pretty good and the wire brush finish may not be for everyone. Assembly was not hard but then again had a furniture delivery guy do it so can’t complain.

Overall this table is beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this table is beautiful and very solid. There are a couple of impurities like small dents and panels that don’t line up perfectly but I chalk it up to character. Would definitely purchase again. Has also held up well with 2 young kiddos.

The only disappointment was the assembly which took lot of time. Had to take help from the reviews to understand that we have to leave the washers out of the assembly to get it working.
