Very Nice quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these charcoal pencils! They write so smoothly and don’t create a mess like some charcoal pencils do. They are easy to sharpen and last a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend these if you have someone in your family who likes to draw. These are great!

The lead is soft so it won't make my hand tired drawing pictures for a longer time.
It's soft so it works great to draw outline then keep working on your drawings.
It's easy to hold and keep drawing. I like how it shows on my sketchbook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are really good quality and they write smoothly. The color does look charcoal as described on box. It is an upgrade from the regular pencils and they last a while before needed a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that these Prang gallery Ticonderoga Charcoal Pencils were fairly good quality. I was very happy with the results when using them for drawing. They were easy to sharpen, could glide on the paper easily, were also fairly easy to blend as well. The charcoal wasn't too hard or soft, so it was not difficult to draw with and didn't break easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Theses are great! They are perfect for outlining, shading and fill in. They are smooth to use and self sharpening for most part. They work very well for my artistic son, he has already asked for more! I definitely recommend to all the artists out there.

Great drawing pencils

They like to draw all different kinds of things, but have been focusing a lot on anime drawings. They both ask for different types of drawing pencils. They recently asked for charcoal pencils so when I got the opportunity to try these out I knew that they would be really excited. My oldest daughter stated that she could shade really well when using these charcoal pencils. She has asked for more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my son, who is very artistic. He is used to using regular sketching pencils, but wanted to try the charcoal pencils. They peel and sharpen easily and it's kind of fun to do. He is just getting used to using them, but it gives a whole new look and feel to his drawings.
