Quality is lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned Frigidaire appliances in the past, I am disappointed in the build quality of this unit. The insulation that helps dampen the sound is thin and of poor quality. The plastic tub gives off an odd smell after running a load. I hope that goes away. The controls are confusing and hard to use. The cleaning power is subpar to the lower priced LG dishwasher I replaced with this one. Thinking about returning it.

Poor top rack and sticky bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top rack has the least space vertical space I've seen in a dishwasher, is not adjustable and there is not much to help things stay in place compared to others. Maybe the worst top rack I've ever had and we've moved 10 times (had over 12 dishwashers, including a few cheap rentals). Our last dishwasher had a 3rd rack and STILL had more space for tall glassware and water bottles. The bottom rack also sticks a bit trying to push it back in. Just not a great dishwasher. Would recommend against buying. Cleans okay thankfully.

Nice quiet dishwasher

Washes dishes, what more do you want?

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for one week and haven’t used all the features or settings yet, but the normal mode works well and does a good enough job of drying. It is really quiet. Barely notice it’s running. Negatives are the top bin doesn’t have a fold down shelf along the sides to put more items on.
