Dish tray is a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works fine. The problem is the lower dish tray. The dishwasher’s door doesn’t open fully horizontally, so it rolls away from you, back into the dishwasher while you’re loading/unloading. Plus, there’s a gap the wheels have to cross top get the tray all the way back into the dishwasher body. So you have to push really hard to get the wheels on their track. It’s irritating enough that I think I’ll replace it, even though the machine operates perfectly

We recommend checking that the lower rack is properly seated on both rails and that the wheels are correctly aligned with the tracks. Also, inspect the rack rails and wheel assemblies for any debris or obstructions that could prevent the rack from rolling smoothly.
