In my years of owning ASUS products ( 3 laptops, 4 motherboards, 3 RTX video cards, 1 THOR pwr supply and 1 ROG monitor) I have never had one problem with their products. Seeing other’s review I sometimes feel I have won the lottery with my success. Bottom line is I will stick with what I feel are solid products.

Great looking motherboard with great features! Easy setup and great performance - so far. The only issue I have is that the front panel USB-C port -U32G2X2_C3 in the manual - is completely inoperative. My connection is plugged in correctly and worked just fine on the Asus Z690-E Gaming WIFI board I took out.
I'm running a 990 Pro (boot/OS) in the M2_2 port and a 980 Pro in the M2_3 port along with a SATA SSD and Blu-Ray CD ROM drive and two hard drives.
I'm overclocking at 69% and stable so far! Love the performance and features!

Had just planned on upgrading my Graphics Card from 3090 to 4080 Super, then decided to go all out and get this Z790 MOBO, I9-14900K, 4090, 360 AIO, 64GB DDR5.
Overkill? Possibly, but I am a Digital Designer/Gamer and actually 3D render and game so the investment was worth it for me.
I absolutely love looking into my case and seeing this monster MOBO.
It’s been 2weeks since my purchase and not a single issue yet. Plus my setup runs around 60c In game and 30c idle with a 9fan setup, over 40K cinebench R23 Multicore, over 2100 Single core.
It’s worth it!
