great MB and 200-300 cheaper than Hero series with almost all the features, was a pain to get wifi/lan working but another computer to download drivers make setup a breeze. and at 323 great deal.

It stopped working after a month. In all my years setting up my own PC's I've never had a fail like this. I replaced this board with the F board to use all the parts that were on the E and no problems, otherwise I would have gotten a different companies board.

No boot or no POST, or no power on can either be any of the hardware (CPU, RAM, PSU), installed on the motherboard, including the motherboard itself. This is my 4th Asus motherboard and my second ROG motherboard as an upgrade from the Z490. The Z490 performed flawlessly for the last 5 years but I wanted to upgrade to latest technology. The Z790 so far performs well and has offered no issues. I’m pleased with the performance and stability and have had no issues. The upgraded heat sink for the x5 m2 slot is also a plus. I highly recommend Asus ROG motherboards based on their consistent reliability, quality and performance.
