Another amazing overclocker board from Asus! Ready for PCI gen 5 cards and NVME drives! Unless you really need two Gen 5 ports for those non-exixtent gen 5 parts in late 2022 and have money to burn go with Strix insterad of Maximus. We might see the difference in two years but we will be on a new chipset and socket then.

Works and looks good, plenty of m.2 storage, the bios is smart and recognized all my fans/rgb immediately. Armor crate made driver installs easy. Ai overclocking is nice. Would recommend and get rog in my next build.

This build was an upgrade from my Z370E MB. Has 32GB DDR5 Ram,Corsair Elite water cooler and 850watt PS. It is wicked fast now and I can't wait till install a 2TB Gen 4 M.2 SSD with 7500 read and 6900 write speed. I do photo editing with Topaz filters and the speed is super. No more having coffee while I wait.
