[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ahhh this is so great! Setup was extremely easy, doesn't take up a lot of space. We named ours Lurch. Lurch is so quiet and does a great job of cleaning. Vacuums scare my puppy but Lurch doesn't bother her too much (unless it bumps into her), but if it does, I can always run it at night and not worry about it bothering her.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean floors without the hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to try out the Shark Matrix vacuum and it’s changed up my cleaning routine now. First, the 45 day day capacity base is a life saver on saving me time since I don’t need to empty it after each use. It just goes right back to the dock and empties out. Second, I love the sleek design that makes it stand out in the home. The way the robot returns back to the dock after each use still impresses me. Lastly, the set up and use of this vacuum is really easy to use and to understand m. Set up was easy and the manual was very accessible since it’s a QR code.
Overall, this vacuum has been a game changer and I can’t imagine myself without one now!

Not happy with this product it keeps forgetting the layout of my house and it doesn’t reach the whole house I have had it remap over and over it still doesn’t do the complete room

I'm sorry to hear about your map disappearing. If I could please suggest that you factory reset your robot and have your robot do an Explore Run to generate a new one. This will help the robot remap your home.

I have no issues with it capabilities. My issue is the noise. It’s sounds as if something is rattling. The noise is annoying.

Cats

I have cats, litter boxes, cat food, those stupid cardboard cat scratchers, and hardwood floors. I vaccumed and swept so much just to walk bare foot in the house. I am a shark fan already, but was extremely cautious comparing robot vaccums. I was convinced by the matrix mode for the litter area. I have not been disappointed. Don't get me wrong I have to edge up some of the corners every so often, it's not perfect. He does great picking up those cardboard chunks from cat scratchers and hair. I thought I kept the floors clean, but the first time he swept he had to empty 4 times. Now that he is set regularly he may only empty once.
Some of the reviews about the app made me worried and I have experienced a few issues but if you close the app out and start again the problem usually solves its self. I've noticed it acts up when you do too much at once. Mapping and room setting went quick. I also think you should update no go zones as problems come up like places you leave clothes. My only brush jam comes up when Gary runs over spaghetti strap tank tops.
I paid full price for this guy, and feel no remorse about it. I'm living my best life without the sensory overload that is accumulating gunk on my feet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this as a black Friday deal. I have a Shark upright, which I love, so I figured it would be a great purchase. It barely picked up anything, it ran MAYBE 10 minutes and would return to base saying it was done. It got stuck quite a bit and you can’t pick it up or it “forgets where home is”. I was overall really disappointed and sent it back. I am even more upset I haven’t received my refund and it’s been over 6 days. I won’t shop with them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best purchase yet!

Bought this few weeks ago and has been the best purchase yet. We have a German shepherd and fur is all over every day. Thanks to this lil guy he keeps up with the tumble weeds the dog creates. We also have bar stools with legs that connect to each other with a 1/4” bar across the floor, good’ol robot kicks it in 4 wheel drive somehow and has no issues jumping the bars. As for our running carpets it’s no challenge to the robot, smooth transition from tile to running carpet and back to tile. They say it has a 45 day or so to empty the bin but since we have a lot of fur we empty it every time it completes its run. The only down side of the whole robot is the filter. Wish it could be removed and washed out but it looks like you have to replace the whole plastic piece when it is time to change the robot filter, the one in the tank looks to be easily washed and replaced. Besides that I’d definitely recommend this lil guy.

Love my vacuum but the hump on top stops it from going under things to clean that is the only negative other than that would have gave it a five.
